Drinking for your Health

Considering about drinking, People needs to understand of choosing drinks that is good for health.

First, think if you go on sports/any exercise, drink beverages that your body have electrolytes and also sugar.

Second, It's not advisable to rely any kinds of drinks, because it would cause much caffeine to your body.

Third, Alcoholism it would cause bad to your liver and not good to your health.

Fourth, Drink Fruit juices such mango, lime and lemon because it contains vitamin c.

Fift, Drink at least 4 glass of water a day.
